As a lawyer admitted to the bar in Germany and France, Kristin Schütz focuses on German-French legal matters, in particular on areas such as leasing law, insolvency law, data protection, money laundering as well as current topics such as aids under the corona pandemic.
Kristin Schütz studied law in France (Université de Nice-Sophia-Antipolis, Centre Régional de Formation des Avocats du Sud-Est). She was sworn-in on 4 January 1999 and admitted to the Barreau de Nice.
After her return to Germany, she passed the qualifying examination (Eignungsprüfung) in Stuttgart in July 2022 and was subsequently admitted to the bar in Freiburg and listed as European lawyer (RAK Freiburg).
Kristin Schütz conducts consultations and negotiations in German, French and English.
Furthermore, she speaks Mandarin Chinese at an intermediate level.
She is member of the Deutsch-Französischen Juristenvereinigung (dfj).
