We advise on the drafting or negotiation of employment contracts, non-competition clauses or termination agreements.
In particular, we have experience in advising and representing executives, board members and managing directors in an international context.
A focus of our HR practice is transaction-related such as due diligence, structural aspects of a transaction, and contracts design.
